Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only ship orders within Ireland.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery in Ireland usually takes 6-12 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we provide standard delivery only. Express shipping options will be added soon.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@wearnushaper.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send you a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed.
